4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

789bet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, 789bet may verify your identity and payment method. Withdrawals are generally sent to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the deposit.

789bet offers a welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus before withdrawing any winnings from it.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

• The bonus may only be used in designated game categories.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 789bet reserves the right to investigate the account.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

789bet accepts bets on sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming categories. A bet is considered final once it has been confirmed. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 789bet reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The rules of the relevant sport apply to bets placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sporting events. If a match or tournament is cancelled or postponed, 789bet will determine the outcome of bets in accordance with the specific sports rules.

6.3 Results and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a game result, 789bet's decision will be considered final. Dispute requests must be submitted via live chat or email within 48 hours. If a clear technical error is proven, 789bet will make the appropriate correction.

789bet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is paid at each tier based on the weekly net loss.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week — that is, on the net loss. Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 that week, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789bet platform:

• Abusing bonuses or promotions, or coordinating with other accounts to collect bonuses.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
• Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Behaving in a hostile or abusive manner towards other users.

If any such activity is detected, 789bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account immediately and withhold the associated funds.
